Instructions
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and prepare your pizza stone or baking sheet.
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the dough, then sprinkle the mozzarella and parmesan on top.
Layer the prosciutto over the cheese and add fresh oregano.
In a small bowl, mix honey, cayenne pepper, red pepper flake, and balsamic vinegar. Drizzle this mixture over the pizza.
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
Notes
You can adjust the spice level by adding more cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes. Experiment with different cheeses if desired.
