Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice about 4–5 lemons
  • 1 cup granulated sugar adjust to taste
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries plus extra for garnish
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes as needed for serving

Optional Add-ins:

  • Lemon zest
  • Mint leaves for garnish
  • Natural food coloring for deeper pink hue

Notes

  • In a blender, combine lemon juice, sugar, raspberries, and water. Blend until smooth. Strain if desired.
  • In a chilled bowl, whip heavy cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  • Fill glasses with ice. Pour lemonade base into each glass about ¾ full.
  • Spoon whipped cream on top or gently swirl it in. Garnish with raspberries, lemon slices, or mint.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
