Valentine Strawberry Cookies
These Valentine Strawberry Cookies are soft, sweet, and perfect for your loved ones.

Ingredients
For the Cookies
- 1 box strawberry cake mix 15.25 oz
- ½ cup unsalted butter softened
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup white chocolate chips optional
- as needed Red and pink sprinkles optional
For the White Chocolate Drizzle
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil or vegetable shortening
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, softened butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in the optional white chocolate chips and sprinkles. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then cool on a wire rack.
- For the drizzle, melt the white chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave. Drizzle over cooled cookies.
Notes
You can add more sprinkles for decoration. Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less white chocolate.
