Instructions
Prepare the chicken by pounding the breasts to ½-inch thickness. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and a mixture of panko breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese. Dip each chicken breast in flour, then eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
