Turtle Lush is a rich, no-bake layered dessert that brings together the flavors of classic turtle candy—chocolate, caramel, and pecans—on a buttery Oreo crust. With layers of cream cheese, chocolate pudding, whipped topping, and a final drizzle of caramel and chocolate syrup, it’s a guaranteed crowd-pleaser for holidays, potlucks, and celebrations.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Oreo crumbs
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 16 ounces thawed whipped topping divided
  • 1 5.9-ounce box instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup chopped pecans divided
  • ½ cup caramel sauce
  • ¼ cup chocolate syrup

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix Oreo crumbs and melted butter; press into 9x13-inch dish.
  • Bake crust for 8–10 minutes. Cool completely.
  • Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half the whipped topping and half the chopped pecans. Spread over crust.
  • Whisk pudding mix and cold milk until thickened (about 2 minutes). Spread over cream cheese layer.
  • Top with remaining whipped topping.
  • Drizzle caramel sauce and chocolate syrup on top.
  • Sprinkle with remaining chopped pecans.
  • Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

  • Use cold milk for the pudding to ensure it sets properly.
  • Chill dessert overnight for clean slices and best flavor.
  • Substitute walnuts or almonds if preferred.
  • Add extra caramel drizzle before serving for a bakery-style touch.
