Turtle Lush is a rich, no-bake layered dessert that brings together the flavors of classic turtle candy—chocolate, caramel, and pecans—on a buttery Oreo crust. - 3 cups Oreo crumbs
- 8 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 16 ounces thawed whipped topping divided
- 1 5.9-ounce box instant chocolate pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
- 1 cup chopped pecans divided
- ½ cup caramel sauce
- ¼ cup chocolate syrup
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix Oreo crumbs and melted butter; press into 9x13-inch dish.
Bake crust for 8–10 minutes. Cool completely.
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in half the whipped topping and half the chopped pecans. Spread over crust.
Whisk pudding mix and cold milk until thickened (about 2 minutes). Spread over cream cheese layer.
Top with remaining whipped topping.
Drizzle caramel sauce and chocolate syrup on top.
Sprinkle with remaining chopped pecans.
Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
