For the Chicken

boneless chicken breast, cut into strips
For the Sauce

creamy peanut butter

soy sauce

tablespoons
sesame oil
For the Wraps

flour tortillas

fresh lettuce leaves

purple cabbage, shredded

carrots, julienned

fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions
In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add the chicken strips and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, ginger, and honey until smooth. Add to cooked chicken and stir to coat.
Lay tortillas flat and fill each with lettuce, cabbage, carrots, cilantro, and the chicken mixture. Wrap tightly and serve.
Notes
You can add more vegetables or adjust the sauce to your taste.
