Ingredients
  

For the Filling

  • 1 package Egg roll wrappers Found in the refrigerated section.
  • 8 oz Cream cheese Softened for easy mixing.
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups Cooked brisket Use leftover or any cooked beef.
  • 2 pcs Jalapeños Adjust based on spice tolerance.
  • 2 pcs Green onions Can substitute with chives.

For Frying

  • 2 cups Oil for frying Use vegetable or canola oil.
  • ¼ cup Honey For drizzling over the egg rolls.

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, cooked brisket, jalapeños, and green onions. Mix until well combined.
  • Place a spoonful of the filling on an egg roll wrapper and roll it up, sealing the edges with a little water.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  • Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Drizzle with honey before serving.

Notes

Adjust the amount of jalapeños based on your heat preference. Serve with additional honey for dipping.
