Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, cooked brisket, jalapeños, and green onions. Mix until well combined.
Place a spoonful of the filling on an egg roll wrapper and roll it up, sealing the edges with a little water.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Drizzle with honey before serving.
Notes
Adjust the amount of jalapeños based on your heat preference. Serve with additional honey for dipping.
