Ingredients
  

  • cooking spray
  • 2 sweet potatoes peeled and diced, or to taste
  • 1 12 ounce package precooked apple chicken sausage sliced into rounds
  • 2 tart green apples cored and diced, or to taste
  • ⅓ cup honey mustard
  • to taste salt and ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Place the diced sweet potatoes, sliced sausage, and diced apples in the prepared baking dish.
  • Drizzle the honey mustard over the mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Toss everything gently to coat evenly.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

You can adjust the amount of honey mustard to your liking.
