For the crust:

For the crumble topping:

all-purpose flour

melted butter
1 ½ sticks
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out pie dough and place in pie dish. Trim edges.
Peel, core, and slice apples. Toss with lemon zest, lemon juice, sugars, flour, salt, spices, and vanilla.
Pour apple mixture into pie crust.
Mix flour, sugars, and salt for topping. Stir in melted butter until crumbly.
Sprinkle topping evenly over apples.
Bake for 50-60 minutes until golden and bubbling.
Cool before slicing.
Notes
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
