For the Shrimp

large shrimp, peeled and deveined
For the Sauce

fresh pineapple, diced

cup
sweet chili sauce

tablespoons
soy sauce

tablespoon
olive oil

cloves
garlic, minced

tablespoon
ginger, minced

green onions, sliced

teaspoon
red pepper flakes (optional)
to taste
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and ginger. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-5 minutes.
Stir in pineapple, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and green onions. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Season with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Notes
You can adjust the spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
