Ingredients
  

For the Shrimp

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

For the Sauce

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • ½ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • ¼ cup green onions, sliced
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add garlic and ginger. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-5 minutes.
  • Stir in pineapple, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and green onions. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Season with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Notes

You can adjust the spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
