Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • ½ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger (optional)

For the Wrap

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce or cabbage
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • ¼ cup sliced green onions
  • 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
  • optional ranch, spicy mayo, or extra sweet chili sauce

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix chicken with cornstarch. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  • Stir in sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger. Cook for another 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
  • In each tortilla, place shredded lettuce, carrots, green onions, and the cooked chicken. Wrap tightly and serve with optional sauces.

You can customize these wraps with your favorite sauces and vegetables.
