For the Chicken

boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs, thinly sliced

cornstarch

vegetable oil

sweet chili sauce

soy sauce

honey

cloves
garlic, minced

teaspoon
grated fresh ginger (optional)
For the Wrap

shredded lettuce or cabbage

shredded carrots

sliced green onions

flour tortillas or wraps
optional
ranch, spicy mayo, or extra sweet chili sauce
Instructions
In a bowl, mix chicken with cornstarch. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned.
Stir in sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger. Cook for another 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
In each tortilla, place shredded lettuce, carrots, green onions, and the cooked chicken. Wrap tightly and serve with optional sauces.
