Ingredients
  

For the Chicken

  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts about 1 pound
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

For the Wrap

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • ½ cup diced cucumbers
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro optional

For Serving

  • Lime wedges

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  • In a bowl, mix sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, ground ginger, salt, and pepper. Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken and cook for another 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  • Remove chicken from heat and let it rest for a few minutes. Slice the chicken into strips.
  • To assemble the wraps, place some chicken, lettuce, carrots, cucumbers, and cilantro on each tortilla. Roll them up tightly.
  • Serve with lime wedges on the side.

Notes

You can customize these wraps with your favorite vegetables or add more spices for heat.
