For the Filling

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface. Brush melted butter on the pastry.
Combine granulated sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla in a bowl. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the buttered pastry.
Roll the pastry tightly into a log and slice it into 1-inch pieces.
Place the pieces on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Dust with powdered sugar before serving if desired.
Notes
Feel free to add nuts or dried fruits for extra flavor. Make sure to serve warm for the best taste.
