Ingredients
  

For the Cake

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • ¼ cup strawberry jam
  • ¼ cup strawberry jello mix
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 4 large eggs
  • ¾ cup buttermilk

For the Glaze

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry jam
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a baking pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, strawberry jam, strawberry jello mix, vegetable oil, melted butter, eggs, and buttermilk. Mix until well blended.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • For the glaze, mix powdered sugar, strawberry jam, milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
  • Once the cake has cooled, drizzle the glaze over the top.

Notes

You can substitute the jam with other fruit flavors if desired.
