Ingredients
  

Jell-O Mixture

  • 1 package strawberry Jell-O mix
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 cup cold water

Pudding Mixture

  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix

Salad Mix

  • 1 cup whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions
 

  • Dissolve the strawberry Jell-O mix in hot water. Stir until fully dissolved, then add cold water and mix well.
  • In a separate bowl, prepare the instant vanilla pudding mix according to package instructions. Then fold in the whipped topping.
  • Combine the Jell-O mixture, pudding mixture, sliced strawberries, crushed pineapple, and mini marshmallows in a large bowl. Stir gently to combine.
  • Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

This salad can be made a day in advance for best flavor. You can also add other fruits like bananas or blueberries for variation.
