For the Taco Shells and Filling

  • 6 pieces taco shells Store-bought taco shells work perfectly.
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Make sure it's at room temperature for easy mixing.
  • 1 cup whipped cream Use fresh whipped cream for the best texture.
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped Use fresh, ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
  • ½ cup crushed cereal Like Graham crackers or similar.
  • chocolate sauce Optional for drizzling.
  • fresh strawberries for garnish For added presentation.

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Fold in the whipped cream and chopped strawberries until well combined.
  • Fill each taco shell with the cheesecake mixture and sprinkle crushed cereal on top.
  • Drizzle with chocolate sauce and garnish with fresh strawberries.

Notes

You can chill the filled tacos in the refrigerator for a short time before serving for a cool treat.
