Ingredients
  

For the Base

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup butter, melted

For the Filling

  • 4 cups sliced strawberries
  • 2 8 oz packages cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 16 oz Cool Whip

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine crushed pretzels, chopped pecans, brown sugar, and melted butter. Mix well.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish to form the base.
  • In another bowl, beat together cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Fold in Cool Whip and sliced strawberries until well combined.
  • Spread the strawberry mixture over the pretzel base. Chill before serving.

Notes

This salad is best served chilled. You can add more strawberries if desired.
