Ingredients
  

For the Cheesecake Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese Softened
  • ¼ cup sugar

For the Waffle Batter

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Topping

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries Sliced

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, mix the flour, milk, eggs, melted butter, baking powder, and vanilla extract until combined.
  • Preheat the waffle iron and pour a scoop of batter onto the iron, then add a spoonful of cheesecake filling, followed by more batter on top.
  • Cook according to the waffle iron instructions until golden brown.
  • Serve topped with fresh strawberries.

Notes

You can add whipped cream for extra flavor.
