  • 2 tablespoon Sugar

  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar For the filling.
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream For serving.

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and sugar.
  • In another bowl, combine softened cream cheese, diced strawberries, and powdered sugar until well mixed.
  • Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated.
  • Place half of the slices in a skillet over medium heat and spread the cream cheese mixture on top. Cover with the remaining slices.
  • Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Serve with whipped cream, syrup, and garnish with fresh strawberries.
