Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Balls

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • ¼ cup cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup freeze-dried strawberries crushed
  • 2 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tablespoon milk as needed

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix oats, almond flour, and protein powder.
  • Add cream cheese, crushed strawberries, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
  • Add milk as needed to reach a dough-like consistency.
  • Roll into 12 balls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
