Ingredients
  

  • 1 pre-made 9-inch pie crust
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup buttermilk
  • 3 large eggs
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place the pre-made pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the sugar, buttermilk, eggs, flour, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  • Arrange the sliced strawberries evenly over the bottom of the pie crust.
  • Pour the buttermilk mixture over the strawberries.
  • Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.
  • Let the pie cool completely before serving.

Notes

  • Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
