toasted sesame oil

Sauce

rice vinegar

low-sodium soy sauce

dark soy sauce

Chinese rice wine or dry sherry (optional)

Instructions
In a bowl, combine chicken, sesame oil, and white pepper. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic, ginger, and chili flakes. Stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Add marinated chicken. Stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Add onions, snow peas, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix sauce ingredients. Pour over the stir-fry and cook for 1 more minute.
Serve hot with rice or noodles.
Notes
Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or broccoli for extra nutrition.
