1mediumonion, sliced
8ozmushrooms, sliced

1cupheavy cream
¾cupwhole milk
1¼cupsgrated parmesan cheese

Instructions
Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add the sliced steak and season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the sliced onion, mushrooms, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
Stir in the heavy cream and whole milk, and bring to a simmer. Mix in the grated parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to combine with the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Serve hot with optional garnishes like chopped parsley, crushed red pepper flakes, and extra black pepper.

You can adjust the seasoning to your taste. Feel free to add more vegetables if desired.
