Instructions
Cook the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sear the steak pieces until browned, then remove from pot.
Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the pot. Sauté until softened.
Stir in heavy cream, blue cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook until the cheese melts.
Add the cooked rigatoni and seared steak to the sauce. Mix well to combine.
Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish. Top with mozzarella cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
You can substitute other types of cheese if desired. Adjust seasoning based on your taste.
