Ingredients
  

For the Pasta

  • 12 oz Rigatoni Pasta Holds sauce well in its ridges and hollow shape.

For the Sauce

  • 1 lb Steak Choose a tender cut like sirloin or ribeye.
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil Extra virgin olive oil is best for searing.
  • 1 medium Onion Adds depth to the sauce.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Aromatics for a savory foundation.
  • 1 medium Bell Pepper Adds sweetness and crunch.
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Creates a rich and silky sauce.
  • ½ cup Blue Cheese Crumbled for sharp, salty flavor.
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Melts beautifully on top.
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano Adds earthiness to the dish.
  • to taste teaspoon Salt Essential for seasoning.
  • to taste teaspoon Black Pepper Essential for seasoning.
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley Chopped for garnish.

Instructions
 

  • Cook the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sear the steak pieces until browned, then remove from pot.
  • Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the pot. Sauté until softened.
  • Stir in heavy cream, blue cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook until the cheese melts.
  • Add the cooked rigatoni and seared steak to the sauce. Mix well to combine.
  • Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

You can substitute other types of cheese if desired. Adjust seasoning based on your taste.
