Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, chopped spinach, and the egg. Mix well.
In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture until a dough forms.
Shape the dough into bagels and place them on a baking sheet.
Brush the tops with the egg wash and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
