Ingredients
  

For the Filling

  • 1 sheet puff pastry store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup fresh spinach chopped or frozen, thoroughly drained
  • ½ cup feta cheese crumbled
  • ¼ cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Seasonings

  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • 1 egg beaten for egg wash

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, combine the spinach, feta cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into strips.
  • Place a spoonful of the filling on each strip and twist the pastry to seal.
  • Brush the twists with the beaten egg.
  • Arrange the twists on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
