For the Filling

fresh spinach
chopped or frozen, thoroughly drained

feta cheese
crumbled

garlic

Seasonings

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, combine the spinach, feta cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into strips.
Place a spoonful of the filling on each strip and twist the pastry to seal.
Brush the twists with the beaten egg.
Arrange the twists on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
