For the Flatbread

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet. Brush each flatbread with olive oil.
Spread the chopped spinach, feta cheese, mozzarella cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, red onion, and garlic evenly over the flatbreads.
Sprinkle dried oregano, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and slice to serve.
