Ingredients
  

For the Flatbread

  • 2 pieces flatbreads

For the Toppings

  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves, chopped
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes optional
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet. Brush each flatbread with olive oil.
  • Spread the chopped spinach, feta cheese, mozzarella cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, red onion, and garlic evenly over the flatbreads.
  • Sprinkle dried oregano, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and slice to serve.

Notes

You can add other vegetables or proteins as desired for variation.
