Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the diced tuna, mayonnaise, sriracha, sesame oil, soy sauce or ponzu, lime juice, red onion or shallot, green onions or chives, and sesame seeds. Mix well.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the wonton wrappers until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
Fill each crispy wonton wrapper with the spicy tuna mixture. Top with avocado slices and optional jalapeño or pickled ginger.
Notes
Serve immediately for the best texture. You can adjust the level of spiciness by changing the amount of sriracha used.
