  • 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ tablespoon dill pickle relish
  • 2 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1-1 ½ teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 2-3 dashes hot sauce

For The Breading

  • 1 ½ cups flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 ½ teaspoon gumbo file powder
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
