For the Cobbler

For the Topping

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, milk, vanilla extract, and sugar. Mix well.
Add flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Stir until combined.
Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
In another bowl, mix brown sugar and hot water. Pour over the batter.
Mix sugar and cinnamon for the topping and sprinkle over the top.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
Notes
Serve warm with ice cream for added flavor.
