- 10 oz. mini marshmallows
- 5 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 2 cups marshmallow Fluff
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips melted (plus more for serving)
Melt butter and mini marshmallows together in a large saucepan over low heat.
Stir in Rice Krispies cereal until well coated.
Press mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and let cool.
Spread marshmallow Fluff evenly over the cooled Rice Krispies layer.
Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top.
Pour melted chocolate chips over the graham cracker layer.
Cut into sushi-sized rectangles and serve with extra melted chocolate for dipping.
