Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup butter
  • 10 oz. mini marshmallows
  • 5 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 2 cups marshmallow Fluff
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips melted (plus more for serving)

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter and mini marshmallows together in a large saucepan over low heat.
  • Stir in Rice Krispies cereal until well coated.
  • Press mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and let cool.
  • Spread marshmallow Fluff evenly over the cooled Rice Krispies layer.
  • Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top.
  • Pour melted chocolate chips over the graham cracker layer.
  • Cut into sushi-sized rectangles and serve with extra melted chocolate for dipping.

  • Use a sharp knife to cut clean slices.
