For the Treat Base

unsalted butter

mini marshmallows

crispy rice cereal
For the Filling

crushed graham crackers

mini marshmallows
for filling

chocolate spread or melted chocolate
For the Coating

semi-sweet chocolate chips

tablespoon
coconut oil or butter

Nonstick spray or parchment paper
for lining the pan
Instructions
Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
Remove from heat and stir in the crispy rice cereal until well coated. Let cool slightly.
Spread the mixture onto a lined surface, creating a rectangle. Press down to flatten.
Layer the crushed graham crackers, mini marshmallows, and chocolate spread over the rice mixture.
Roll the mixture tightly into a log shape and refrigerate until set.
While chilling, melt the chocolate chips with the coconut oil or butter. Dip the rolled treats into the melted chocolate.
Let the chocolate set before slicing into pieces. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of salt to the melted marshmallows. You can also experiment with different types of chocolate.
