For the Special Sauce

Instructions
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced potatoes and cook until tender, about 15 minutes.
Add ground beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and Cajun seasoning to make the special sauce.
Assemble the bowl with cooked potatoes, ground beef, cheese, lettuce, onion, and drizzle with special sauce.
Notes
