For the Creamy Sauce

For Serving

Instructions
 

  • Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  • Add the frozen corn and chili powder on top of the chicken.
  • Melt the cream cheese in a bowl and mix in cumin and lime juice, then pour over the chicken and corn.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
  • Once cooked, shred the chicken in the slow cooker and stir to combine.
  • Serve with cilantro, shredded cheese, and sour cream.
