Instructions
Combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, milk, heavy cream, peppermint extract, and vegetable oil in the slow cooker.
Cook on low heat for 2 hours, stirring occasionally until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth.
Add green gel food coloring until the desired color is achieved.
Serve hot, garnished with mini marshmallows, whipped topping, sprinkles, and candy hearts.
Notes
For a richer flavor, use whole milk or half-and-half instead of regular milk.
