Instructions
Place the stew beef and baby potatoes in the slow cooker.
In a small bowl, mix the beef broth, melted butter, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the sauce over the beef and potatoes in the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until the beef is tender and the potatoes are cooked through.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can brown the beef in a skillet before adding it to the slow cooker.
