For the Beef

beef chuck roast

beef broth

onion soup mix

Worcestershire sauce
Seasonings

For the Noodles

egg noodles

Instructions
Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
Add beef broth, onion soup mix, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings. Stir to combine.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until beef is tender.
Remove the beef, shred it, and return it to the slow cooker.
Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions and add them to the slow cooker. Stir well.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
Notes
This dish can be served with a side of vegetables for a complete meal.
