Instructions
Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
Add beef broth, onion soup mix, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
Remove the beef, shred it, and return it to the slow cooker.
Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions and then stir them into the beef mixture.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
