Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 pound chuck roast
  • 2 teaspoons dried minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon Montreal steak seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 ½ cups Arby's sauce plus more for topping
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese sauce Ricos brand recommended
  • 6 onion rolls

Instructions
 

  • Place the chuck roast in the slow cooker.
  • Add dried minced onion, Montreal steak seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Pour Arby's sauce over the roast.
  • Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours until meat is tender.
  • Shred the beef and mix with the sauce.
  • Serve on onion rolls topped with cheddar cheese sauce.

Notes

  • Use leftover beef for other meals.
  • Adjust seasoning to taste.
