Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
Add the chopped onion, salt, pepper, onion powder, paprika, minced garlic, and Worcestershire sauce to the skillet. Cook until the onion is soft.
Stir in the tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, and BBQ sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Transfer the mixture to a 9x13-inch baking dish. Top with shredded Colby Jack cheese.
Arrange the tater tots in a single layer over the cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden and crispy.
Garnish with dried parsley before serving.
Notes
For a spicy twist, add ½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper to the beef mixture.
