Instructions
Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, dill pickles, fresh dill, and white onion.
In another bowl, mix together the Colby Jack cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, dill pickle brine, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the creamy dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to coat.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
