dry white wine or low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions
Cook the spaghetti or linguine noodles according to package instructions until al dente.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with salt, pepper, and red chili flakes. Cook until shrimp are pink and opaque.
Pour in the white wine or chicken broth and lemon juice, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
Stir in the remaining butter, lemon zest, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
Add the drained pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat. Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
You can adjust the spice level by adding more or less chili flakes. Serve immediately for the best flavor.
