Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, lump crab meat, shredded mozzarella, cream cheese, Old Bay seasoning, and parsley. Mix well.
Open the refrigerated biscuits and separate them. Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the seafood mixture in the center. Fold the biscuit over and seal it.
Place the filled biscuits on a baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
These melts are best enjoyed fresh. You can experiment with different cheeses or herbs to customize the flavor.
