Ingredients
  

For the Filling

  • 1 pound Shrimp fresh or frozen
  • 8 ounces Lump Crab Meat fresh is ideal, canned can substitute
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese can substitute with Monterey Jack
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese full-fat is best
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise Greek yogurt can be used for a lighter option
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard yellow mustard is a substitute
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning Cajun seasoning can be an alternative
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder fresh garlic can be used if preferred
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper can substitute with white pepper

For the Biscuits

  • 1 can Refrigerated Biscuit Dough any brand or homemade
  • 2 tablespoons Butter melted, for brushing

For Garnish

  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley can substitute with chives

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven according to biscuit dough instructions.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Prepare the biscuit dough on a baking sheet. Spoon the seafood mixture onto each biscuit.
  • Brush the tops with melted butter and bake according to biscuit dough instructions until golden.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

You can use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise for a lighter filling. Adjust the seasonings to your taste.
