For the Filling

cooked shrimp, chopped

crab meat
For the Sauce

Alfredo sauce

ricotta cheese

mozzarella cheese, shredded

Parmesan cheese, grated
For Cooking

garlic, minced

Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, for garnish
For the Noodles

Instructions
Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
In a bowl, combine shrimp, crab, ricotta, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Spread some Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
Lay out each noodle and fill with the shrimp and crab mixture, then roll up.
Place the roll-ups in the baking dish and top with remaining Alfredo sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the filling.
