Shrimp & Crab Alfredo Lasagna Roll-Ups

Ingredients
  

For the Filling

  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat

For the Sauce

  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

For Cooking

  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

For the Noodles

  • 9 noodles lasagna

Instructions
 

  • Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions.
  • In a bowl, combine shrimp, crab, ricotta, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread some Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  • Lay out each noodle and fill with the shrimp and crab mixture, then roll up.
  • Place the roll-ups in the baking dish and top with remaining Alfredo sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the filling.
