Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
Add crushed salted pretzels, rolled oats, caramel sauce, and melted white chocolate chips. Mix well.
Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with extra caramel sauce and sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired.
Notes
