Ingredients
  

For the Cheesecake Balls

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed salted pretzels
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup caramel sauce plus more for drizzling
  • cup white chocolate chips melted

Optional Topping

  • Flaky sea salt optional

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  • Add crushed salted pretzels, rolled oats, caramel sauce, and melted white chocolate chips. Mix well.
  • Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with extra caramel sauce and sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired.

Notes

Chill the cheesecake balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving for better texture.
