- 1 package 9 oz oyster crackers
- 1 cup 2 sticks unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar light or dark
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt flaky sea salt optional
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread oyster crackers evenly.
Melt butter in a saucepan. Add brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Stir until smooth and bubbling.
Boil caramel for 2–3 minutes until thickened. Pour over crackers and toss gently to coat.
Sprinkle salt evenly over the coated crackers.
Bake for 7–9 minutes until caramel bubbles and slightly darkens.
Cool completely on tray. Break into clusters and store in an airtight container.
