For the Sauce

olive oil

grated Parmesan cheese

dry white grape juice or chicken broth

Instructions
In a skillet, melt the butter and olive oil over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the shrimp, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook until shrimp turns pink, about 3-4 minutes.
Pour in the grape juice or broth and lemon juice. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and let it cook for another 2 minutes.
Remove from heat, sprinkle with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
This dish can be served over pasta or with crusty bread to soak up the sauce.
