For the Shrimp

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

For the Sauce

  • 3 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup dry white grape juice or chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

For Serving

  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet, melt the butter and olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add the shrimp, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook until shrimp turns pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Pour in the grape juice or broth and lemon juice. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and let it cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, sprinkle with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

This dish can be served over pasta or with crusty bread to soak up the sauce.
