Instructions
In a large pot, combine the broth, diced onion, chopped celery, and sliced mushrooms. Bring to a boil.
Add the shredded rotisserie chicken, chopped spinach, crushed garlic, heavy cream, fresh thyme, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 30 minutes.
Notes
You can adjust the seasoning according to your taste. Add more chili flakes for extra heat.
