Instructions
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, brown the ground beef or turkey over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
Add the Rotel tomatoes, heavy cream, cheddar cheese, taco seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined and heated through.
Mix the cooked pasta into the skillet with the sauce. Stir to coat the pasta evenly.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro or parsley if desired.
